  • The fabric must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (not altered or cut).
  • The fabric must be returned in its original packaging, with any tags or labels still intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or transaction details) must be provided.

Refund Process

    Once we receive your request, we will verify the condition of the fabric and review the details provided. If the fabric is eligible for a refund, we will confirm approval.
  3. Return Shipping:
    If the refund is approved, you will be instructed on how to return the fabric. You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or defective.
  4. Refund Issuance:
    Upon receiving the returned fabric and confirming it meets the above conditions, your refund will be processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, but generally, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Fabrics that have been altered, cut, or used.
  • Items purchased more than 7 days ago.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Customized or special order fabrics.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your fabric is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will provide instructions for a return or replacement. In this case, we will cover the return shipping cost.
