At Surat’s Fabric, we strive to provide the best quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our 4-Day Return Policy allows you to return items within 4 days of receiving your order. Please read the details of our return policy below:
1. Eligibility for Return
- Return Window: You can return products within 4 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Fabric that has been cut or altered, or any other customized items, are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact us via email at contactus@suratsfabric.com or call +91 8866125978 within 4 days of receiving the item.
- Step 2: Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Step 3: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the product.
3. Return Shipping
- Domestic Returns: For domestic returns, you will need to ship the product back to our address. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- International Returns: If you are outside India, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions. After approval, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges for returned items. If you’d like a different item, you will need to place a new order.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving the product. We will arrange for a free return and either provide you with a full refund or send a replacement.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-made or cut fabrics
- Sale or clearance items
- Products that have been altered, washed, or used in any way
7. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid via credit/debit card, the amount will be credited back to your card. For other payment methods, we will issue a refund via the same mode.
